2009-12-19 byHello Folks !
On behalf of all those associated with the “Exploring Unexplained Phenomena” radio program, I wish you a Happy Solstice and first day of winter (12/21/08) and a very Merry Christmas. May you be surrounded by family and friends who love and appreciate you.
Please join me for an interesting conversation with repeat guest Rev. Dr. Andrew McDonald, senior pastor at Westminster Presbyterian Church. As the world approaches Christmas and it’s attendant celebrations and feasts, and amid all the gift-giving and hoopla, the underlying theological reason why Christmas is celebrated today by most of the western world (and much of the eastern as well) can be traced to the birth of Jesus Christ. Rev. McDonald and I will have a wide-ranging discussion of what it is to be a Christian today, in the world but not of the world. A particular focus will be on hope.
